Leah has limited availability with immediate intake slots to schedule and can take most insurance plans
Hi there, I’m Leah (she/they) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Provisional Art Therapist (MA, ATR-P), Brainspotting Practitioner, and creator based in Cleveland, OH. I approach therapy with a down-to-earth, pragmatic presence, creating space through collective care and belonging. I find personal gratification in communicating fresh perspectives and stimulating curiosity and new ideas, as ways for individuals to navigate life’s challenges. It is difficult enough when the systems in place as supports seem counterproductive and sometimes harmful in modern life as we know it. When life “lifes,” it’s completely understandable to want to learn new ways of adapting. I get it, I hear you, and I’m here to help you have those “ah-ha” moments as you work through self-discovery and healing through symptoms and experiences of grief, trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, and/or relational problems.
As a Filipino-American, I understand experiences of being “othered” in this vastly diverse world. Come as you are and be your authentic self, as you have a safe space with me! My healing work reflects my deep sense of responsibility to helping others toward their specific goals and shows in how I manage energy both personally and within sessions. I practice from a Person-Centered, multicultural, and trauma-informed approach using art therapy, Brainspotting, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, with some CBT and DBT.
Fun facts about me: I’ve moved to and from 3 different states and have been an avid traveler from a very young age. So, I have lived through the experiences of being in a brand new place and knowing absolutely nothing about what to do in the new environment. I love fiber arts (knitting, crocheting, sewing) and find many therapeutic benefits when incorporating these into my practice, personally and professionally.

Sara has immediate availability for new clients and takes most insurance plans!
Hello! My name is Sara Hilpert, and I am an LPC with my Masters in Counseling and Art Therapy. My goal is to help clients navigate deep, complex, heavy emotions using art therapy and trauma-informed therapeutic modalities. If you are dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, or just feeling lost, I want to help. Therapy is a safe place to express those emotions and learn how to regulate them.
I provide a holistic approach to therapy that includes art therapy, person-centered therapy, somatic techniques, and some CBT/DBT techniques. Art therapy is uniquely beneficial for individuals who have not had great results with regular talk therapy. It provides an additionally opportunity for expression through creativity and imagination.
Clients would describe me as kind, warm, and caring. I genuinely believe in the power of therapy and that every person is capable of growth and positive change. I am accepting of individuals from all walks of life, LGBTQ+ affirming, and an ally to all.

Callie is preparing to begin to see clients as a Social Work intern. She has availability for new clients via private pay and at a reduced rate!
Hi, I’m Callie! I work with adults navigating life transitions: career changes, relationship shifts, identity exploration, relocation, new beginnings, and endings. If you’re feeling unsettled, stuck, or like the life you built no longer fits, you’re not alone. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and bring both professional training and lived experience to my work with identity and self-discovery. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and steady. I strive to create a grounded, supportive environment where you can explore change without pressure to “have it all figured out.”
Transitions can disrupt even a strong sense of self. Therapy offers space to slow down, process what’s changing, and reconnect with who you are and who you’re becoming. My approach is person centered and trauma informed, integrating CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic strategies to support emotional regulation, clarity, and resilience.
I am a social work intern completing my clinical training under the supervision of a licensed counselor. If you’re in a season of transition and looking for support, I would be honored to connect!
