Leah has limited availability with immediate intake slots to schedule and can take most insurance plans

Hi there, I’m Leah (she/they) and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Registered Art Therapist (MA, ATR), Brainspotting Practitioner, and creator based in Cleveland, OH. I approach therapy with a down-to-earth, pragmatic presence, creating space through collective care and belonging. I find personal gratification in communicating fresh perspectives and stimulating curiosity and new ideas, as ways for individuals to navigate life’s challenges. It is difficult enough when the systems in place as supports seem counterproductive and sometimes harmful in modern life as we know it. When life “lifes,” it’s completely understandable to want to learn new ways of adapting. I get it, I hear you, and I’m here to help you have those “ah-ha” moments as you work through self-discovery and healing through symptoms and experiences of grief, trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, and/or relational problems.

As a Filipino-American, I understand experiences of being “othered” in this vastly diverse world. Come as you are and be your authentic self, as you have a safe space with me! My healing work reflects my deep sense of responsibility to helping others toward their specific goals and shows in how I manage energy both personally and within sessions. I practice from a Person-Centered, multicultural, and trauma-informed approach using art therapy, Brainspotting, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, with some CBT and DBT.

Fun facts about me: I’ve moved to and from 3 different states and have been an avid traveler from a very young age. So, I have lived through the experiences of being in a brand new place and knowing absolutely nothing about what to do in the new environment. I love fiber arts (knitting, crocheting, sewing) and find many therapeutic benefits when incorporating these into my practice, personally and professionally.

Sara has immediate availability for new clients and takes most insurance plans!

Hi there, I’m Sara (she/her) I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and pending Provisional Art Therapist, and I’m passionate about helping people move through the heavy, complicated emotions that can feel hard to put into words. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or just feeling stuck or lost, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can be a safe space to explore what’s coming up and learn how to feel more grounded and regulated in your day-to-day life. My approach is eclectic and collaborative. I integrate art therapy, person-centered therapy, somatic techniques, and elements of CBT and DBT for skill-building and coping. Art therapy can be especially powerful for people who haven’t felt fully helped by traditional talk therapy. Art therapy offers another pathway for expression through creativity and imagination, often helping things surface in a gentler, more natural way. Above all, I strive to create a space that feels warm, supportive, and genuinely accepting. I believe deeply in each person’s capacity for growth and meaningful change. I welcome and affirm clients from all backgrounds and identities, and I am proudly LGBTQ+ affirming. If you’re curious about starting therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Sara is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Ohio and a passionate professional who has received her Master of Arts in Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College, completing her thesis on “A Proposed Art Therapy Group for Adult Women With Sexual Trauma”. At Ursuline College Sara also received training in Expressive Therapies (art, music, movement, dance, play, drama, etc.), as well as training in Internal Family Systems (parts work). She has experience working with adults, children, and older adults with mental health and substance use diagnoses, as well as individuals with disabilities. Sara is on track to obtain her Provisional Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P) credential from the Art Therapy Credentials Board.

Sara’s clinical experience includes facilitating counseling and art therapy groups with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health or substance use diagnoses during her Internship I at Highland Springs and Highland Springs Changes, a behavioral health hospital setting. She facilitated studio art therapy groups for adults with disabilities during her Clinical I at Art Therapy Studio, using an “art as therapy” approach to allow clients to express emotions through art-making. Sara spent time at Julie Billart School, facilitating art projects for children with autism and related disorders. Sara also helped to facilitate art projects for kids aged 6-13 at the Lorain County Boys and Girls Club.

Callie has immediate availability to see clients as a Social Work intern. She can offer sessions via private pay and at a reduced rate!

Hi, I’m Callie! I work with adults navigating life transitions: career changes, relationship shifts, identity exploration, relocation, new beginnings, and endings. If you’re feeling unsettled, stuck, or like the life you built no longer fits, you’re not alone.
